Overview
Sanyok, an orphanage pupil, decides to find parents for himself and his ward Alesya. The boy is forced to play by adult laws, which puts him before a serious moral choice.

<em>'Tum-pabi-dum'</em> is a rather charming film. It gets a tad forced right at the very end, though for the vast majority it's pleasant with its heart in the right place. There's an ace performance from youngster Artyom Vengerovich alongside some good showings from adults Pavel Yuzhakov-Kharlanchuk and Valeriya Arlanova, among one or two others. Merits more watchers. I'd recommended it.
